Pastor Solomon Adair is an educator, communicator, and mentor.

Solomon Adair has dedicated his life to positively affecting people of all ages and backgrounds.

As the founding and lead pastor of Inspired To Live Church in north Arlington, Pastor Adair strives to play a significant role in positively influencing and guiding the Arlington community. His congregation has adopted multiple schools within the community encouraging and serving the student body, teachers, and families with a variety of programming, including mentoring, teacher appreciation, beginning and end of school year initiatives.

For almost 15 years, Inspired To Live Church has hosted free events and community activities which have directly served thousands of families delivering to them a broad range of projects, including, summer camps, tutoring, back-to-school drives, Thanksgiving dinners, financial literacy classes, along with collaborating with Arlington ISD’s annual Back- To-School Kickoff.

Pastor Adair, also leads The Activate Men’s Retreat that has now been in existence for almost eleven years! This retreat is dedicated to bringing men of all economic and racial backgrounds together to inspire and prepare them to serve as better leaders in their homes, churches, and their respective communities.

In addition to Pastor Adair’s pastoral duties, he has broadened his contributions to Arlington and the nonprofit sector through his service as the President of the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation Citizens Advisory Committee and its work to Contribute to a Thriving Arlington. He was also recognized in the city of Arlington’s Chamber of Commerce inaugural 40 under 40 class in 2022.

Finally and most proudly, He has been married to his wife, Elisabeth, for over 20 years, and together they are raising their daughter, Eden and son, Asa.
